Constructed of insulated cavity brickwork under a tiled roof, the house benefits from a well-insulated and boarded loft-space, uPVC double-glazed windows and gas fired central heating supplied by a back boiler.

THE OUTSIDE
The house stands in a plot measuring approximately 189' by 31' (57.6m x 9.4m) overall, screened from the road by a hedge with the front garden laid to lawn with herbaceous borders. The concrete driveway provides off-street parking and leads to the attached garage.

The west facing rear garden is some 137' (41.89m) in length with a walled concrete patio adjoining the rear of the house. Steps lead down to the lawns with herbaceous borders, vegetable plots and fruit trees. Timber workshop/shed 14'6" x 9'9" (4.42m x 2.99m) with adjoining garden store.
