Jonathan Charter uses all of his experience in the property industry to oversee and run our Land & New Homes department. If you are an investor, Jonathan will help you start, manage and expand your property portfolio successfully. If you are a developer with land to sell or have a development that you’re looking to advertise off-plan, he will help maximise your return on investment and also give you advice on new, lucrative residential developments.

Our previous development opportunities have included single building plots, barn conversions, properties that required general renovation or redevelopment to large development sites. We are actively involved from start to finish in the development process, from pre-planning to the sale of the end product. We work closely with a range of authorities, planning and architectural departments and can assist in identifying residential, garden and brownfield sites for developers.
