OUR LAND AND NEW HOMES EXPERT
Jonathan Charter uses all of his experience in the property industry to oversee and run our Land & New Homes department. If you are an investor, Jonathan will help you start, manage and expand your property portfolio successfully. If you are a developer with land to sell or have a development that you’re looking to advertise off-plan, he will help maximise your return on investment and also give you advice on new, lucrative residential developments.
OUR LAND AND DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
The team continue to identify opportunities and promote these through the planning system. Our development opportunities range from single building plots, barn conversions, properties that require general renovation or redevelopment to large development sites. We are actively involved from start to finish in the development process, from pre-planning to the sale of the end product. We work closely with a range of authorities, planning and architectural departments and can assist in identifying residential, garden and brownfield sites for developers. Utilising the knowledge of the planners in our planning consultancy, we are able to identify potential planning issues and resolve them prior to an application being submitted.
NEW DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES
We are actively seeking new development opportunities throughout Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. If you have a development to sell, Charter Whyman will customise a marketing programme to suit large or small sites. You will receive comparable sales advice and extensive advertising on websites, in local property papers and, most importantly, to our database of applicants looking for New Homes. We can provide on-site sales staff, brochure preparation and signage as well as the full support throughout the reservation process and finally the formal handover of the home.
