WHAT HAPPENED LAST YEAR?

Well, it’s true to say the one thing we are not frightened of at Charter Whyman is change – which is just as well considering the 2020 we’ve all just had.
We all returned to the offices on Monday 4th January, but the weird thing was we all had a feeling there were going to be further announcements that would have an impact on how most of us had been living since the other lockdowns.
We all tuned in on Monday at 8:00pm and, come 8:20, our group ‘WhatsApp’ was buzzing away. As the evening unfolded, it became apparent that we were one of the lucky ones who could remain ‘open’ and we could continue to sell and let properties.
