Charter Whyman would like to make everyone aware of a number of revised operational details, as sensible precautionary steps are taken to help ensure the safety of its staff, customers and clients in light of the COVID-19 outbreak.

Staying inside? We are too…but we’re still here to help.

The UK government’s advice has evolved rapidly and in line with the latest guidance, we have decided to close our offices temporarily from Tuesday 24 March 2020 and move to remote working across our Sales and Lettings teams with immediate effect.

Unfortunately this means we will also have to cease face to face meetings, viewings and valuations for the time being.

Whatever your circumstance may be – if you are midway through a move, just thinking about it or simply need a steer on what to do, we would be delighted to speak with you. We are a market leading estate agency with a wealth of local property market experience. Ask us, we’re here to help.

Should you need to get in touch with us, please either leave a message on our main phone number or email us. These will be picked up and forwarded to the relevant team member to action.

Telephone: 01462 685808, Option 1 for Sales and Option 2 for Lettings and Property Management.

For continued reassurance, some of our team have already been working from home for over a week and it has proven to be a seamless transition.

The above measures will better enable us to achieve the social distancing that health authorities believe is so critical to slowing COVID-19’s spread.

Our own website along with Rightmove, will continue to showcase some wonderful properties for sale and to let.

COVID-19 has presented extraordinary challenges that were hard to imagine a few months ago. Please be assured that we are doing everything possible to maintain a level of service you have come to expect from Charter Whyman. We will continue to update you as the situation evolves.

We thank you for your patience and understanding.
